Juanita was excellent! She was the first to contact us and help us plan our trip to Disney for our family of 8 . She is very organized and professional keeping track of when payments were due, organizing everything for us and giving us great advice along the way when planning for over a year ! She even pixie dusted us to get every dining reservation we requested which is no easy feat for 8 people ! Juanita went above and beyond for our family, working late at night and early mornings. Juanita was introduced to us from our previous cruise adviser, Tricia Furman. She had taken over our new reservation and was always on top of making sure she had all of our updated information, and that our payments were on track. We had a lot of questions regarding gift card payments, and she was super helpful and understanding. I would say Juanita went above and beyond our expectation! She was always super quick to answer, and communicate with Disney HQ on our behalf- and she did give us plenty of time to know when she would be away for business and holiday. We can't thank her enough- and can't wait to use her again on our next Disney cruise, as we did create a placeholder :)
