I went to Scotland in June 2017 with two friends for a week long golf trip. We started planning the trip a year in advance and Chris was there the whole time guiding us. To say she did a good job is an understatement...she did an Excellent job. Our trip of a lifetime went off without a hitch. We got to play seven world class courses including Turnberry, Troon, Carnoustie, Kingsbarns and the Old Course at St. Andrews. Chris set up the hotels, the tee times and even a driver for the week. I would strongly suggest Chris in help planning your next trip!

Our trip was fantastic! Between the cruise and the excursions we had a wonderful and exciting vacation. The windsater cruise was more than we expected and the cities and villages we visited were very memorable.

I have booked several vacations with Chris. As always, Chris got me a ridiculous good deal on a 7 night cruise on an amazing new Celebrity ship. All I did was tell her where I wanted to go and when and she did absolutely everything else (other than pack my bags)! Chris also makes sure I get every bit of relevant information and I always feel like a well informed traveler before my trips. Thank you Chris and Bev!

I can't recommend Chris highly enough! She has organized 4 amazing cruises for me now- 2 girls trips, 1 with a group of family, and 1 with a group of minors I was chaperoning. She works with all of the cruise lines and remembers my preferences so she's an invaluable help narrowing down the many choices. I've never once called the cruise line with a question, if she doesn't know the answer she will find out. She watches sales and makes sure we get a great price. She takes care of meal and show reservations, arranges drink and internet packages, made special arrangements for dietary restrictions, even figured out all the necessary paperwork to travel out of the country with minors. My biggest challenge is deciding what to pack, I can relax knowing all of the details have been handled.

She took care of every detail of our trip, always keeping in mind what we like. She always has a wonderful attitude. When our overseas flight were cancelled she helped us and most important to me, was that when our baggage was lost, she was able to locate it, which made it easier for us to find. She is worth her weight in gold! no, platinum!!!

Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and patient! She provided us with several options and highlighted Pros/Cons of each. I would never use anyone else (or the internet) to book my travel!!!

Chris was a pleasure to work with! We were looking for a quick getaway and Chris suggested the newly renovated NCL Sky cruise ship which was all -inclusive. We couldn’t of been happier and now we are sold on all-inclusive cruise ships! It was so nice not to worry about an extra bill or the extra gratuities at the end of the trip. Chris completed all of the necessary cruise documents for the entire family and gave us everything we needed to board the ship making it extremely easy. She was very knowledgeable about the ship’s happenings, perks and excursions and was always available to answer questions.
She also passed on information from prior NCL SKY cruisers about ship agendas and parties so we were prepared with proper party attire and knew what to expect.

We had such an amazing time on the Disney Magic ship! Chris was outstanding at getting our group of 13 booked for the cruise, especially since we were all in different states. I loved how well she communicated with everyone in our party to remind us of payment deadlines and tips and tricks for the cruise. Chris was invaluable in planning this Alaska cruise and overnight stay in Denali. She gave wonderful advice regarding which cruise line to sail on and what type of cabin to book. Excursion suggestions for each port were also very helpful. Chris gave gentle reminders for deadlines (deposits, dining/beverage plan selections, excursion choices) and kept us on track regarding needed documents, boarding passes, cruise line luggage tags... Questions were answered quickly and she made it easy to relax & enjoy the trip knowing everything was taken care of.

We had no previous experience with Alaska and depended on Chris Chase to guide us. The results were outstanding. Chris suggested exactly the right ship and type of cabin for us, right down to the level of suggesting we get one immediately adjacent to the VIP lounge (excellent choice!). She also helped us arrange a post-cruise trip to Denali. Everything was seamless and Chris answered all of our questions immediately and efficiently. I will certainly use her services again!

Everyone was accommodating, the weather was amazing, and the scenery was unreal. The cruise was very considerate regarding my dietary needs, and we appreciated all the guidance from Chris throughout the trip.

We initially booked our cruise directly with Viking. We had several issues with the booking due to the Viking agent, miscommunicating and dropping the ball. We then turned our booking over to Chris who helped us tremendously. I can’t believe how much of a difference it made to have an agent working for us. Chris provided all pertinent information in a timely manner and made our travels seamless.

We just completed our first Viking River Cruise and it was an amazing experience. We cruised from Budapest to Passu Germany over 7 days. Viking's attention to detail and the onboard experience was exceptional. Chris was involved from beginning to end with the arrangements from the booking of Viking to our flights. Chris made the whole process easy and seamless. This was the first trip where is used Chris and it was so worth having her involved. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to book travel.

I've booked trips with Chris for more than 10 years. She is knowledgeable and always has great suggestions. She is super organized and between her and her sister/partner, we always get a fast response. The latest trip with with a group of Girl Scouts so she walked us through the paperwork needed and things to remind the girls. I love working with a local family owned business. You can't beat the personalized service. I wouldn't consider cruising without going through Chris.

In 2020, Chris planed a fabulous trip for us to Canada:, visiting Lake Louise, Banff and a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer Railroad to Vancouver. When Covid shut it down, Chris intervened to get deposits refunded and the helped us reschedule for summer 2023.

I was so overwhelmed when I began planning my family trip to Alaska. Chris Chase took so much of the angst out of the planning. Chris is super to work with and we have used her often She is very familiar with the cruise lines, their offerings and package details and she always offers suggestions on planning for a trip. She is good about returning phone calls and emails and responds to all the little detail questions that pop up. She has ideas about what to do in the various ports and relays what previous customers have said about their travels if she hasn't been there herself. After 3 cancellations due to COVID, we sailed the Disney Dream in late November. You have no idea what lengths Chris went through to cancel and rebook for us, spending hours on the phone to insure we were able to choose accommodations and activities so important to our trip.
