First Disney Trip with Kids: A Dream Come True

Our family had a lot of demands for this trip including hard to get dining reservations, picky lodging requirements, and lots of questions about the genie+ and lightning lane updates in Disney. Shannon was attentive and thorough from start to finish. She listened to our preferences and combined them with her vast Disney knowledge to provide impeccable guidance and help us secure our dream line up of reservations. We had an issue with our resort room reservation (due to Disney construction) just a couple of days prior to leaving for our trip and Shannon was communicating with Disney to find a solution within hours. The solution she negotiated was the most incredible suite I've ever seen. I cannot recommend Shannon enough!

- [ ] Let me start off by saying that Shannon managed to plan our trip under extreme time constraints (we planned our trip two weeks before departure) which was a miracle to begin with. She made everything as easy as possible for us and had so much insight and helpful tips for navigating Disney.
