Renee is the best! She knew when to start reserving flights, hotel rooms, and tours. She took what I was looking for in my trip and provided the best possible experience. Renee is very knowledgeable of both Paris and London, which proved extremely useful when determining the best hotels/prices and planning each day. She's very accommodating and worked around my schedule to get everything booked and paid, both for me and my friend living in Paris. She even helped find a last minute chocolate making class the day before the trip. It was a blast! Renee notified me of connecting flights and delays. During the trip, she was available for reminders, helpful tidbits, and provided other points of interest that I could visit. I had an issue viewing my tour tickets online. Renee immediately tried to resolve the issue. We got it fixed, and I was able to get to all of my scheduled tours. Overall, she helped set up a truly memorable trip.
