We went on a European cruise & it was absolutely seamless. She was able to arrange best possible connections & seats & found a perfect cruise line (Ama Waterways)that we never would have found on our own. I’m done planning for myself! Cheryl was always available to answer our questions. When she didn't have the answer, she found it and passed the information on to us. She advised us as we purchased our cruise, trip insurance and airline tickets and helped us determine if we were allowing enough time between connections. She really cares that those she advises have their best possible trip! She is very professional and great to work with.

My wife asked me to surprise and plan our entire honeymoon. I had never even left the country prior to our honeymoon. Cheryl was an amazing help and made planning our honeymoon so easy. We recently took a cruise to Mexico, and while it wasn't our first cruise, it was our first experience using a travel agent. In the past we have always booked everything ourselves and would say we are experienced travelers. Let me tell you, using Cheryl Hagen elevated our trip to the next level! We had an idea of the ports we wanted to visit and so began our conversation asking for her thoughts and suggestions. She asked us about what time of year we wanted to travel, what type of cabin we were interested in, preferred dining time, etc. She did some research and came back to us for a quote with all the things we had talked about, and we decided to book it, along with the insurance she recommended. She checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything or had questions, and even checked current prices for our cruise to be sure we were getting the best deal. We had the most amazing 12-day experience, splitting our time evenly between the two islands. Cheryl planned everything out, from our resorts and hotel to our daily excursions. She had great advice to help us balance seeing all the sights with downtime enjoying our resorts, recommending three excursions and a full rest day at each resort. Everything was perfect, and Cheryl did a great job helping us with bookings and keeping us updated even while we were on the trip. On Kauai, we started with the dinner boat tour, then did the helicopter tour another day, which allowed us to see the island from two amazing vantage points. Service everywhere was excellent. In Hawaii (The Big Island), we lucked out with the best tour guide for an 11+ hour excursion, including visiting a coffee farm, the National Volcanic Park, and nighttime star gazing. I don't many reviews, but I wanted to take a minute to submit some comments for our travel agent, Cheryl Hagen. She has assisted our family with planning multiple trips including an incredible Mediterranean Cruise for our 30th wedding anniversary that is coming up in a couple of months. The greatest thing about Cheryl, in my opinion, is her follow up and customer service. Cheryl has great recommendations when we are exploring new ideas of where to go, but great recommendations are the fun part....everyone loves talking about that stuff. But, the details and follow up is where many agents break down. We have never had an experience when booking with Cheryl where we have stressed about the details and follow up coming up to or during the trip. Cheryl is a professional agent and she does a tremendous job helping clients book great places AND taking care of the details to make vacation and travel as stress free as possible.
