We just returned from the trip of a lifetime to Italy and Kristy created the entire journey for us. The hotels she recommended were wonderful and in the ideal location for sightseeing. She arranged tours for us and also set up private guides where needed. We loved our villa in Tuscany and the cooking class was a favorite! Great trip and wonderful memories!

When my granddaughter became ill late in the evening and 30 hours before we were to board a flight to Orlando for a Disney package, I panicked that, unable to go, I would also lose the thousands that I had invested in the trip. Kristy responded to my call late in the evening, canceled our trip and got over 95% of my money refunded to my credit card. It was unbelievable to me that she worked at night in the interest of serving me.

Kristy set up the whole trip with excursions included. All I had to do was to get to the airport and take off. No worries, no planning just sit back and let her handle it. We say everything and more with no stress or inconvenience. Kristy is not only knowledgeable but also the friendliest and caring person I have ever dealt with.

Kristy runs a smooth operation paying attention to each detail from start to finish. Her professional manner sprinkled with a great sense of humor makes planning travel delightful. Kristy was so patient with our questions and frustrations with the pandemic. We LOVED our trip and thanks to Kristy planning our flights, everything was perfect! Our river cruise was so amazing, from having Paula and Robert take care of us at each meal, to Yohana making our stateroom home for 8 days an immaculate place to retire for the evening. The food was exquisite, the wine and spirits were complementary to each meal. Our included tours were so much fun with knowledgeable guides and our extended tours were absolutely perfect giving us a taste of what life is like in each region. Never did we wish something would be different or made better. Kristy was instrumental in making our vacation beyond our wildest dreams the best.

We found Kristy online and were thrilled with her service. She was pleasant and so easy to work with. We were provided several options for hotels for a trip to the Maya Riviera with some wonderful pricing. Kristy provided the guidelines for traveling during Covid and we felt very comfortable with the information she provided.
