Beautifully planned trip

Working with Zer was wonderful and smooth! Unfortunately, we had to cancel our Maui trip due to the fire, which happened days before our planned trip, but Zer handled all the calls for cancellations and refunds. Appreciate that we didn't have to do any of the work.

Much Needed Getaway

As a busy mom with a full-time job and running a business, I wanted to plan something wonderful for my husband's milestone birthday. I contemplated adding another task for myself with planning a trip to Mexico, so I reached out to Zer for her expertise in vacation-planning. I love her IG pics with the info in her posts that made me feel like I was already on location!
Zer was very informative, flexible, and accommodating with all my indecisiveness and thousands of questions. She always reassured me and provided me with the information I needed to make the decisions based on my situation at the time. I never felt pressured or forced to finalize my travel plans. Every step of the process was smooth and I was always informed.

Zer booked an Alaskan trip for my family and I on the Princess Cruise. She involved us in the planning phase, kept us informed with updates and itinerary changes, emailed us reminders on what were required before the trip, ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful trip, sent us our itinerary and luggage tags, gave us parking and driving directions to the cruise terminal. I’m sure I forgot other information, but essentially, she’s wonderful to work with.
We stayed in a balcony room which is a must for an Alaskan cruise. She included a complimentary birthday package which made it a bit more special. The trip was extraordinary. Alaska was breathtakingly beautiful. The excursions we booked were amazing. I would definitely recommend Zer for your travel plans and I recommend an Alaskan cruise.
