Jill Roberts was like working with a personal friend! She was always just a call, text, or email away; always responding in a very timely manner. She did our itinerary including hotel and tour reservations with our input. Jill assisted with our purchase of travel insurance and was a big help when we had cancelled flights to deal with and a rebooking. She went so far as to check where the international flights in the Philadelphia airport were so I could be prepared for the connecting flight to London and sent me the map. That was very kind as I only had one hour to make that flight. Can’t go wrong with Jill; she will take care of you.

Jill helped my son and I have a fantastic trip in Europe for a graduation trip. My son wanted to go to Switzerland and Austria. Jill made this happen and we had the best trip! She was always available and really listened to what we wanted. Thank you Jill for being the absolute best.
