Napali Coast on Kauai, Hawaii

I have been in the customer service business and management for over 30 years.  Having worked in the travel industry over 20 years ago, I always knew I would find my way back.  I love making memories and helping others discover their own.  My most favorite destinations have been Hawaii and Alaska and I could never choose between the two as to which was my favorite.  The scenery of both places is breathtaking.  I love meeting new people and watching the excitement and happiness that travel awards them.
