Sasha is always so helpful and very responsive! She has helped me with three different trips; Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Vegas! She takes care of you 100% and also helps you book your excursions. She truly takes away the stress from planning a trip.

This is the first time we've used Cruise & Travel Masters. A friend recommended them. What a great experience! I really enjoy the unique personal touches that they offer. We started booking this trip about 6 months ago and made some changes to room types during that time and Sasha was awesome at accommodating our requests. I really enjoy the little touches like mailing (not e-mailing) our itineraries and luggage tags and following up with us when we got home to make sure we enjoyed our trip. It's also incredibly assuring that you have a great person like Sasha that is watching our for your travel needs! We booked our trip to PV last year through an online site and were unfortunate to get stuck in a hurricane while were were there. While we were being evacuated, we were informed we were guests of that website and not of the hotel since we didn't book through them. Kind of scary to hear that when you're in a foreign country in a natural disaster. That lesson learned, we'll definitely be frequent customer's of Sasha!

I have always had a great experience at Cruise and Travel Masters, but working with Sasha has been THE BEST! She is thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable and invested in our best experience. All our trips have been great but this last Trip to Dallas was EXCEPTIONAL all the way around. Sasha read my mind when we both came up with ways to make it even better in the future. Working with Sasha was the best decision ever! She took care of absolutely everything. I can't tell you how nice it was not to have to worry about any of the booking and to have everything perfectly planned for us on our vacation.
