Our round-trip Alaska cruise from San Francisco was one of the most special vacations of my life, and I owe that entirely to Amanda Huber and her wonderful staff at Club Cruise. From the first phone call, Amanda was so kind, patient, and genuinely interested in what would make the trip comfortable for me. She listened closely to my concerns about mobility, cabin location, and travel timing, and she handled each detail as if she were planning the trip for her own family.
She arranged a seamless door-to-door service from my home in Roseville to the San Francisco Pier, which took away all the stress I normally feel when traveling. The driver was punctual, courteous, and fully coordinated by Amanda’s office. Once aboard the Princess ship, I realized just how perfect her stateroom selection was. Midship, quiet, near the elevators, with a view that made glacier day unforgettable.
Amanda and her team went above and beyond by mapping out daily suggestions, the best viewing spots, and which side of the ship to be on at certain times. They also handled my travel insurance, onboard credits, and special requests I didn’t even know to ask for. All I had to do was enjoy myself.
What touched me most was how sweet and attentive Amanda was throughout the process. It felt like being cared for by a full concierge team rather than just booking a cruise.

Just posting this so folks know how much help Amanda was. Windstar in Tahiti was a dream for us and she found the right week and the right cabin. Not too much walking, calm seas, great crew. After the cruise she booked us a nice OWB on Moorea and honestly it was even better than pictures.

Princess Alaska trip smooth and easy for us

Amanda helped us with our Alaska cruise and we’re real glad she did. Knew the ships, knew the cabins, knew what we needed. Got us a midship balcony and handled all the airport stuff so we didn’t stress. Weather was great and we saw glaciers from the balcony. She stayed patient with all our questions. We sailed the Panama Canal with Princess and stayed in a beautiful suite that Amanda selected for us. The cabin location she recommended was ideal, quiet, and had a big balcony so we could watch the locks right from our room. Amanda went over all the excursion options and helped us choose ones that fit our mobility level.
She managed our flights, pre-cruise hotel in Fort Lauderdale, transfers, and even early boarding arrangements that made things much easier for us. The whole journey felt smooth and well-organized because she handled every detail up front. We felt prepared and relaxed the entire time.
Princess does an excellent job with the Canal, but having Amanda oversee the planning made a world of difference. We will book all future cruises through her.

Windstar Dreams of Tahiti was unforgettable with Amanda’s help

Our Dreams of Tahiti cruise on Windstar was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and Amanda at Club Cruise made the entire trip very easy for us to plan. She explained the small-ship experience so we knew exactly what to expect, and it was perfect for us seniors who don’t enjoy crowds anymore.
The itinerary around Moorea, Raiatea, Taha’a, and Bora Bora was peaceful and beautiful every single day. Amanda helped us book the right week, the right cabin, and even arranged a short stay in an Overwater Bungalow afterward. She handled all the inter-island flights, transfers, insurance, and gave us good tips on pacing so we never felt rushed.

Wonderful Australia and New Zealand Viking cruise

Our Australia and New Zealand cruise with Viking was planned with excellent care by Club Cruise. Amanda took her time explaining the long flight options, the pacing of the itinerary from Sydney down to Melbourne and across to New Zealand, and what to expect with the longer sea days. It helped us feel prepared, which matters at our age.
The ports were incredible. Sydney Opera House, the gardens in Melbourne, then sailing into Milford Sound which was probably the highlight of the whole trip. Viking’s ship was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the excursions she recommended were manageable for seniors. We also appreciated her patience getting our air schedule set with Viking Air Plus, as the flights are long and needed to be the right timing.
This trip felt like a big milestone for us and we are thankful everything went smoothly. Excellent service all the way through. Thanks Amanda and Club Cruiise.

Tauck Italy tour was first-class and planned perfectly

We booked our Italy trip through Club Cruise and it turned out to be one of our favorite vacations. The Tauck tour Amanda recommended covered all the places we seniors wanted without feeling rushed. Lake Como was absolutely beautiful and the hotel she arranged had a view we still talk about. Very peaceful and easy walking for us.
The time in Milan was also well planned. Close to the Duomo and we enjoyed the small-group Tauck style. Then on to Tuscany where every day felt like a postcard. Vineyards, little hill towns, great meals, and the pacing was ideal. Amanda helped with all the pre-tour questions, flights, and insurance, and stayed patient through our schedule changes.
For anyone nervous about touring Italy for the first time, Tauck Tours plus Club Cruise is a great match and made everything stress-free. We are very grateful for all the guidance.

We took the South Pacific sailing from Los Angeles to Sydney on Holland America and Amanda Huber, the "Dream Maker', planned every part of it better than we expected. It is a long trip, and we appreciated how she explained the sea days, the islands we would visit, and what to expect with time changes and pacing. Her knowledge helped us feel comfortable committing to such a big journey.
