Excellent person to work with, and discuss future vacation plans with.
On one of our cruises to Europe, we were suddenly informed that Munich Airport was closed/on strike. Viking Cruise Lines assured us that they would get us through with Lufthansa. Four hours after informing Viking of the incident, we were not sure if we would get home. I contacted Kim immediately, and new tickets were issued on another airline, and we made it home. 15 other people did not secure advance boarding passes and had to scramble for flights home.
Kim has always kept us informed of flight changes, hotels for overnight stays, practical advice for future cruises, and making special arrangements for transportation, if needed.

Above and beyond

Kim recently helped us plan our trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos, handling both the resort and airfare. Everything went smoothly, exactly what you’d expect from a great travel agent.
When it came time to travel, however, the weather had other plans—and that’s where Kim truly went above and beyond. Our departure flights were rebooked twice due to weather, eventually requiring us to fly out of a different airport. During all of the airline rebookings, the final leg of our connection was somehow dropped, leaving us at risk of being stranded with no way to reach our final destination.
Kim spent an entire day going back and forth with multiple airlines to get everything sorted out. And when I say all day, I mean literally all day on the phone, being passed around from agent to agent. Did I mention she did all of this on her birthday? Truly above and beyond.
In the end, she resolved everything—working with the resort to extend our stay at no additional cost and rescheduling our return flights to accommodate the new airport and return date. I can’t thank Kim enough.

When Life Gave Me a Hurricane, She Sent Me to Aruba!

I’ve known Kim for many years, but this was my first time working with her as my travel agent — and I couldn’t be more impressed. When my trip to Jamaica was canceled because of Hurricane Melissa, she immediately jumped into action to make sure my vacation plans didn’t fall apart.
She found an amazing new destination in Aruba and even booked me into a beautiful, newly opened hotel that ended up being beyond my expectations. Everything went so smoothly that I almost forgot my original trip had been canceled!
Her professionalism, quick thinking, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out — she truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

2025 Class trip

Kim England put together a amazing trip for over 40 kids and adults for the senior grade at Watertown highschool, she accommodated everyone’s requests and even when we were at our destination still checking in and making sure everyone was okay and making sure they knew the do or don’t in punta Cana. She made the flights check in and everything so easy for when we needed to do it, we never had any issue with the plane transportion check in or the resort thank you she’s the best.
