Cassy booked the Ava Cancun all-inclusive resort for us, along with flights and shuttle transportation. We had an AMAZING vacation! She took into account our teenage son and activities for him, as well as our love for delicious food choices, and the desire for a relaxing atmosphere. She was excellent at communicating with us and providing the info we needed for the trip, including the new Cancun visitor tax requirement. She made all our dinner reservations for us prior to departure which was so important because the prime times were otherwise booked. She asked how I preferred to communicate and accommodated my request for email, which was a great start. Her initial suggestions were good, but I soon realized I had several questions and that discussing them in person would be more effective. We absolutely loved our vacation to the clear waters of the Bahamas. The people and staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing.
