Central Florida has SO MUCH to offer, some of which you may have not even thought of.  Do you have an animal lover?  Make sure to plan time for Discovery Cove and Sea World!  For the Space fan, Kennedy Space Center and the space coast offer amazing opportunities.  There too many great options to only select one or two.
