When I first connected with Chelsea, it was they a referral from a parent at the preschool I worked at. That family had just returned from a trip similar to what we had been thinking about. We wanted to go stay at basecamp Birealisis in Fairbanks , Alaska!! I had just reached out to them inquiring about accessibility as I am partially paralyzed on my left side. I walk with a cane and foot drop brace. Over the years I have learned to be very specific in regards to my ada questions. I told Chelsea what conditions worked best for me and what we wanted to acvomplish on this trip. She took off and had us reservations secured before we could even got our money transferred for the down payment. Everything went like clockwork on the trip up there. We could not have asked for a better Ada room at the Hampton inn &suites in Fairbanks. We chose to stay one night there to rest as the trip from Houston was about 12 hours. The next day at Basecamp Borealis, things there ran like a well oiled machine, no issues!! I am so glad I had spent a month prior getting used to my new foot drop brace as well as walking on uneven terrain!!! The o ly hiccup we had was on the return trip, and this was definitely not Chelsea’s fault. We landed for our layover in Seattle , Wa, to a complete ground stop, the Seattle airport had an IT outage. We landed around 4 pm to just about chaos, around 11:40 pm Alaska airlines cancelled our flight. Because it was already 2 am in Houston, we chose to get ourselves a room in a nearby hotel. I left a text message and an email for Chelsea around 3 am her time. We three were all extremely sick and exhausted. By 8 am Seattle time , Chelsea had already reached back and secured us flights home. With our request to sit in the same row if possible. Later that day we were rescheduled again by Alaska airlines!! We ended up coming home on the original flight just 2 days later!! I want to write more but am limited by characters

This was my first trip to Disney, as a 35 year old, so I didn’t know what to expect fully. Chelsea made sure I was prepared for everything! She gave me so many options and explained every detail. From the rooms, tickets, transportation, photos, etc. she answered all my questions and never made me feel bad about asking for yet another quote. My family is a little group of foodies and we had a long list of difficult reservations at popular times and Chelsea got EVERY ONE! Such sweet details in her package she sends before taking off. :) I used her itineraries over and over even standing in the parks. She even answered a very early question, very promptly, while I was standing in the park and that greatly relived my stresses. Chelsea went above and beyond planning our unforgettable trip to Rome and Florence, Italy! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Minus the international phone plan on our part. We were greeted with private transportation to and from the airport, which made traveling stress-free. In Rome, we stayed at the stunning Trevi Palace Luxury Inn, just steps away from the Trevi Fountain. It felt like living inside a postcard. Our guided tour of the Colosseum was an absolute highlight, with skip-the-line tickets and an amazing local guide who brought the history to life. The train ride to Florence was smooth and scenic, perfectly arranged by Chelsea. Once in Florence, we enjoyed an incredible food tour that introduced us to authentic Tuscan dishes, local wines, and charming neighborhood markets we would’ve never found on our own. Every detail, from hotel check-ins to transfers, was perfectly timed and handled with care. Thanks to our Chelsea’s expertise, we were able to fully relax and soak up the beauty of Italy. Truly a five-star experience we’ll never forget!

My husband and I had the most amazing honeymoon in the Dominican Republic.
