I have used Serenade Vacations many times. Every time I have had wonderful experiences. Victoria is always respectful and responsive to all of my family's needs. She is very knowledgeable and gives advice on how to have the best experiences on your vacation. One cruise trip she planned for my family was very thought out. All excursions were set uo for us and hse helped us decide which experiences would be worthwhile and enjoyable. We were provided with many options to choose from. She thought of all the details that I would never have thought of. She did everything to make my trip memorable for myself and my family. I will always use Serenade Vacations when I travel.
