We have now taken two trips to Walt Disney World with Leesa as our Travel Advisor. She has been extremely helpful from the start. For the early planning stage, Leesa was extremely helpful providing advice, helping calm down the pre-travel anxiety, working diligently to make sure that our trip was going to be easy and worry free. She was always available and communicated with us frequently during the planning of our trips. If there was ever an issue, Leesa was on top of it before we even knew there was a problem.
During the trip, Leesa was as hands on as we needed her to be. She helped us when there was confusion about our room assignments, dinner plans and helped guide us through travel arrangements from the airport.

Leesa helped me plan not one but two trips that were weeks apart! The first trip was a special mother/daughter trip and the second was taking 18 teenagers and 3 adults on a school trip! With the school trip Leesa worked hard to secure us our rooms as we have had to cancel this trip multiple times since 2020 and the only time we could go was during the Special Olympics being held on Disney property. She was able to get us great rooms and made sure that all our rooms were next to each other.

When we cruised on Royal Caribbean she added personal touches to our trip. I have worked with other travel agents in the past and was never taken care of as well as I have been with Leesa. Leesa was able to take all the stress out of planning a 4 hotel 2,700 mile California trip for me to ensure all my wish list items were hit and allowed me to just enjoy being on this once in a lifetime adventure for me and my 11 yr old son! She even included a map of the state for our driving in case we got stuck and had insider information for me about Disneyland and a free traveler's book on Sequoia and Yosemite which we will keep for many years. She also helped by staying in touch when I missed a flight during the trip and had great value for money hotels lined up for us.
