Was a wonderful trip. Was able to see many Shrines and Temples and get a real sense of the history and culture of Japan. The food was amazing!! Kristi made the flight and hotel process smooth like butter!

With Kristi’s help, my first cruise ever was the best! From the start she helped me choose dates, recommend cabins, add excursions and even change the dates when I messed up! Any questions I had, she was able to answer in a timely manner, and checked in often to make sure I had everything I wanted set up! Kristi what is there for us your favorite beginning planning stage till our arrival back home. My husband has Parkinson’s and that has made it very difficult for us to travel. She made sure we had a wonderful balcony state room that was also very close to the elevator. she helped connect me with a company that rents handicap equipment. She even helped us to be reunited with a bag that I had misplaced during the security check on the way home. Honestly, I don’t think we would’ve been able to make this memorable trip without her. We highly recommend Kristi, she is awesome!
