Dunkin Donuts in Amsterdam!

There is something about Europe that just keeps calling me back.   From my first trip which started in Amsterdam and ended in Brussels, I was hooked!   Food, festivals, and culture are all something that you should experience at least once in your life.  

My absolute favorite way to explore Europe is by river cruise, however, planning pre and post-stays in a couple of cities with a cruise in between is always a good idea.  

While I love a river cruise and all that is included (even several excursions daily), it is very busy and sometimes it's nice to just take a few hours and wander around a city like Amsterdam and immerse yourself in the local culture.   On my last trip, while wondering, I found a Dunkin Donuts (my favorite coffee shop) so I had to pop in for a quick coffee.   The differences in selections in the US vs Europe are interesting.   The donuts were amazing and they even had a banana creme pie donut!   Can you say delish?
