Michelle is a wonderful agent to work with. She has helped plan several trips for us, including Alaska, Italy, London, Paris and several cruises. She goes out of her way to help with bookings and travel plans and always searches to find the most economical and acceptable (to us) methods of travel and accommodations, as well as makes suggestions and arrangements for various tours. Should there be any problems with reservations (travel, flight, or hotel), she will willingly and immediately try to rectify the situation and possibly secure travel vouchers for us, if available. I am so happy to work with Michelle. I can't imagine working with anyone else. She is an EXCELLENT travel agent!

Great time

From the time we boarded the bus, to the time we arrived back, we were impressed with everything. The accommodations were great. Everything was planned out perfectly, including scheduled meal stops. We seen places we would probably never see. The bus was full and everyone was friendly. Great group. Michelle, Tanya and Brenda were exceptional. They made sure we were well taken care of, including water and snacks. Appreciated the games, movies and the down time, just enough. Also, the morning quote and joke got the day started. I would be remiss not to mention “D” our bus driver. He was awesome. Very personable, funny and a pleasure to have as our driver. Would highly recommend MEP for future trips.
