We had an amazing experience working with Erin! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and made communication easy by offering multiple ways to connect: by text, email, or phone. Since this was our first time visiting Universal, we really appreciated how much time she gave us and how hard she work to explain everything and help us feel prepared. What stands out to me with Erin was the extra details that she shared. We let her know that we were especially excited about the Harry Potter attractions, and she went above and beyond to give us insider tips, hidden gems, and fun tricks that we would have otherwise missed. My son read through all of her notes during the drive down and arrived feeling like a pro instead of a first-time visitor! Erin truly helped make our trip magical, and we’re so grateful for her expertise and care. We highly recommend her to anyone planning a vacation!

The place was absolutely beautiful and our room was in the perfect location to enjoy it all! Our butler, Emilio, ended up becoming a great friend to us. Erin is nothing short of amazing whenever it comes to booking our trips.

We have worked with Erin on two trips now; both very special to our family (our honeymoon and our daughters’ first Disney trip.) For both trips, Erin was ten steps ahead of me. I am a type A person and a planner by nature, and she is one of the few people I feel comfortable handing a plan over to. Just got back from our family cruise on Utopia of the Seas, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Erin for making the entire trip so smooth. She helped us plan everything—from picking the perfect staterooms (location was spot on) to giving us all kinds of tips and tricks that saved us so much time and hassle. Thanks to her, we avoided the Aqua Show chaos and made the most of every stop. She even helped us figure out what excursions would work best for our crew of nine—and let me tell you, that’s not always easy. ?? Erin is Very helpful! She has helped us book three cruises one of which was my 40th birthday trip! She hooked us up with a cabin back in 2022 that accommodated my family of 6. She is also very helpful with the different ships. I am so glad we found her!

Erin helped my family plan a cruise to Alaska. We had never cruised before and she made the experience so much better than if I had tried to do it alone.
