We let her know that we were especially excited about the Harry Potter attractions, and she went above and beyond to give us insider tips, hidden gems, and fun tricks that we would have otherwise missed. My son read through all of her notes during the drive down and arrived feeling like a pro instead of a first-time visitor! Just got back from our family cruise on Utopia of the Seas, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Erin for making the entire trip so smooth.
