Leila is excellent! We sailed on the Norwegian Getaway last August, and she even arranged our entertainment reservations. She was available to answer our questions as first time cruisers, from beginning to end. Even helped me to begin my travel insurance claim process, after we encounter a few bumps on our trip. So glad Leila encourage us to purchase Travel Insurance as well. Definitively planning my next vacation with her again.

Ms. Reyes was very helpful and available from start to finish. The flight got canceled 30 minutes before boarding. The ticket agent was not very helpful. I ended up talking to Leila on a Sunday and she offered us 2 options. A flight out later that afternoon or a rental car. She made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely use her again and recommend her to friends and family.

The perfect family vacation

Leila is amazing, she was able to book the perfect family vacation and anniversary celebration for our family in a very short period of time. The flights, car rental, hotel, restaurants and activities for the whole family all done for us perfectly. Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is beautiful. Leila reserved us a beach front suite which had separate bedrooms and bathrooms and the views were amazing! The cake and champagne she sent to our room on our anniversary day was just over the top. Puerto Rico is phenomenal with beautiful people, culture, history and of course AMAZING FOOD. It was hard having to leave. I can't wait to call Leila for our next adventure.

We where so lucky to find Leila for our travel needs. For the last 15 years my wife and I have used multiple travel agents along with internet travel sites. In the end we have always felt like just another pay check. On a side note, online prices and travel agents are very close to the same price. Paris Olympics & Greece

Leila is incredible. We spent about 10 years dreaming of what it would be like to take the family to Paris in order to see the 2024 Olympics (and then a restful time to Greece). But when it came time to actually start making plans and reservations, it was very overwhelming. Leila made everything a breeze. She worked as fast or as slow as we wanted when it came time to booking flights, hotels, excursions, etc. When it came time to leave for our trip, we had all our plans in the Trip app and in a printed booklet. Both were extremely helpful and our 2 week trip to Paris, Santorini, and Athens went off without a hitch. No trip is too big for her!

La coordinación de todo, la búsqueda de satisfacer nuestras peticiones y en especial la paz que me brinda con su habilidad, destreza y experiencia que me garantiza que todo va estar bien. Fuimos a hotel All Star Movies, incluyendo las entradas a los parques con las diferentes opciones, la transportación, El Hotel Cabana Bay en Universal, las entradas, la transportación. Todo quedó coordinado de tal manera que el tiempo se aprovechó al máximo dándonos tiempo de diversión y descanso. El servicio recibido fue buenísimo.

Fabulous first cruse experience

We were first time cruisers and a little nervous about it. Leila walked us through it all with patience. She kept our needs at the forefront and was proactive about communication. She was also very detailed oriented with the planning. She even sent us a letter and a simple gift for our trip. Lastly, she reached out the day after our arrival to check in with us.

Leila did an exceptional job planning our trip on the Disney Fantasy cruise. She took her time with us and answered all of our questions. She planned our flight and transportation to and from the cruise ship. The trip was wonderful and we were well taken care of throughout our vacation. Leila was truly a blessing for us. Amaizingly greateful to Leila Reyes

Leila Reyes interrupted her own vacation to deal with a critical situation that we were facing after our cruise ship was delayed due to technical difficulties with the engine.
In the cruise ship, the wifi services offered was max out and extremely slow because people were desperate trying to reschedule their flight home. Others were trying to make hotel reservations. There were only 4 phone lines and the waiting line was long. (Remember, cruises may have over 3000 people on board)
If you only have one opportunity to call a person to help you reschedule a flight or perhaps to help you find a hotel, Who would that be?
In our case was Leila. She adopted our situation and strategically studied a map of the city we were at and found us a hotel. She gave us all the instructions to follow including the train we need to take and how far the hotel was from our location.
We greatly appreciated all her effort.
