We had an excellent first cruise experience after haven't been on one in about 18 years. Lots of things travel wise have changed in eighteen years, including us and our needs. Meredith made the whole process seamless and enjoyable to plan. She was available and followed up on every detail which helped as we got busy and sidetracked with life. She was even available while we were on our trip and needed to make some changes to our return trip home. I definitely recommend Simple Travels!

We just went to Cancun to the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya and it was amazing. Meredith and Dewayne were amazing to work with. We had to cancel a previous trip and they helped us rebook and suggested this resort. Everything from selecting the flights, to explaining the resorts, to making sure we had the right documents was seamless. I'm not sure why you would want to go at it alone and not use Simple Traveler Vacations. They are very organized and make sure all of the info is in one location on their app. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!

Our trip was very relaxing, we took the all inclusive option which was very good as food was very pricey, Meredith is always great to work with.

Meredith made our Mother / Daughter Mississippi River Cruise so easy on us. All the reservations were made and there was no worry about where we were staying or how we were getting to our next location. The Cruise with American Cruise Lines on the lower Mississippi was a great experience all around (food, accommodations, staff and excursions).

Meredith was with us every step of the way! From booking the cruise, our flight, our hotel stay ( pre trip) and our extended parking, she notified us when it was time to take action, and answered all of our questions in a professional and timely manner! Our return trip was postponed due to Hurricane Milton, and Meredith took care of changing our flight and notifying our extended parking location that we would be delayed!
