We had very good accommodations and the crew was excellent. We enjoyed the entertainment on the ship and our excursions. Our trip was planned very well and we had no anxious moments.

Our trip was very relaxing, we took the all inclusive option which was very good as food was very pricey, Meredith is always great to work with.

Meredith made our Mother / Daughter Mississippi River Cruise so easy on us. All the reservations were made and there was no worry about where we were staying or how we were getting to our next location. The Cruise with American Cruise Lines on the lower Mississippi was a great experience all around (food, accommodations, staff and excursions).

Meredith was wonderful in helping us book and plan this bucket list trip! She was so knowledgeable about the different ports and was able to provide us with additional information, things to do, recommendations for excursions and was able to connect us with people she worked with for excursions outside the cruise line that were fabulous and allowed our group of 10 to have "private" excursions together! We were pleased with the service, safety and of course knowing that Meredith knew them and used them often and knew they could get us back to our cruise ship on time was wonderful! Our whale watching excursion she connected us with was AMAZING!! I will remember this FOREVER! We even got to see killer whales and lots of hump back whales! Meredith is amazing and answered my 300 questions and dealt with my indecisiveness like a pro! She was able to help me narrow down my choices and wasn't phased by my questions!

Meredith was with us every step of the way! From booking the cruise, our flight, our hotel stay ( pre trip) and our extended parking, she notified us when it was time to take action, and answered all of our questions in a professional and timely manner! Our return trip was postponed due to Hurricane Milton, and Meredith took care of changing our flight and notifying our extended parking location that we would be delayed! I never got anxious about a thing because I knew we were being taken care of by a pro!
