Valencia was fantastic from beginning to end. Coordinating a cruise for 16 couldn't have been easy but she showed us otherwise. It was always the little things that Valencia did that mattered most, from the 6 adjoining rooms, to coordinating a family picture, and sending us luggage tag holders...it just made the whole trip perfect. From the very beginning she was always quick to respond with options, ideas, and recommendations. I loved that she was primarily available/working our trip after "standard" work hours. It gave our whole party an opportunity to discuss options and respond accordingly without interrupting our daily duties. She continued giving updates and reminders right up to departure and made sure we had everything we needed to have a stress free family vacation. We couldn't have asked for better service.

We had an excellent experience working with Valencia. She helped to coordinate a girls trip to Jamaica with 6 women coming from 3 different locations. Sisters Vacation!!!

Ms. Valencia is AWESOME!!!
She took care of us from start to finish. She answered every question we had, she kept us on track with our payments and she even made sure we made it to the airport on time!!! Even when we had issues with our flight at 5am she was communicating with us to make sure everything worked out. We didn't have to worry about transportation to and from the airport and we received special treatment when we arrived at the hotel (VIP). This is not my first time using Ms. Valencia and it will not be my last.

When I was referred to Valencia, I knew the source was giving me a great agent, but she was awesome!! She emailed me to make sure everything was to our liking when we got there and welcomed us home.
