From the second we had this crazy idea to go to the Dominican Republic, Amy was super responsive, honest, upfront, beyond helpful, and answered all the big and little questions we had.

Amy made me feel safe, and covered and helped me understand the ins and outs of an all-inclusive resort.

When JetBlue delayed our flight home until the next day, she was ON IT! As I choked back tears, she steered me on what to do, what info to gather from officials, and she had all of the other details covered. She called the hotel and took care of my parking and was ready to book us a room nearby before JetBlue offered to put us all up in a hotel. She then scored us travel credits for this ordeal.

I would not have enjoyed this trip as much without Amy. I will never travel without her in my back pocket. I am so thankful for her ENDLESS efforts and dedication. Do yourself the favor of truly enjoying your next trip by going through Amy. You will not regret it!!

Amy was incredible to work with planning our cruise. She handled all the details for us, advised us on travel protocols, made all our arrangements, and answered all our questions promptly.

When our flight got canceled, Amy was able to get us rescheduled (even though she was on her own cruise.) Our rescheduled flight was delayed several times, causing us to almost miss our ship, but Amy called the cruise line and notified them of our late arrival, and we made it on board with minutes to spare! It was reassuring to know that we could contact Amy at any time, and she would handle everything for us.
