Swimming with Stingrays in Grand Cayman!

I have been a Travel Agent/Owner for over 6 years.  I purchased a cruise only agency that has been in the Lynnwood, Washington area for over 30 years. Before becoming a travel agent I had been a CPA for almost 30 years.  When one of my clients, who owned the Cruise Center, decided to retire I made the jump from working with tax clients to working with fun vacation clients.  It has been a change that has been so rewarding!

My favorite form of travel is cruising.  Being able to jump on a ship and have everything taken care of is so relaxing.  My first cruise was in 1996 for my honeymoon and will always be my favorite.  Favorite destination?  That is easy – the Caribbean!  I have lived in the Seattle area all my life so getting away to the warmth and teal waters of the Caribbean is heaven!  I also enjoy sailing to Alaska.  Alaska is such a special place with its wildlife, glaciers, and wonderful people.

Although I have done a fair share of Ocean cruising, my specialty as a travel agent is River Cruises.  As a Master River, Ocean, and Expedition Expert with Viking Cruises, I love putting my clients on River cruises all through Europe!  Although Viking holds a special place in my heart, I also work with AMA, Tauck, Emerald, and other river cruise lines.

As a mom of two young adult boys, I know firsthand what it is like to sail with families with both young and older kids.  I take pride in the fact that I can pick the correct cruise line for every client that walks through my door. 

Our office is a brick and mortar retail agency.  I have found that many people really like to sit face to face with their travel agent when planning a great cruise.  I like to have brochures on hand to be able to hand to my clients so they can see exactly what they are getting. 

The best part is, I do not believe in charging my clients planning fees!  We are a NO Fee agency.  My agents and I are very passionate about cruising and work very hard to make sure your cruise is the best it can be.
