Stress Free Holiday Planning Trip

Working with Sara Russell with Travelmation was honestly the easiest and stress-free Holiday planning experience we have ever had. We were referred by a friend, and the minute I reached out to Sara, she was prompt in responding and sharing different vacation options with us. This led to my husband and I doing some research to help us finalize on a spot. We were traveling for our 20 Year Wedding Anniversary and picked Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres adults-only all-inclusive 45 minutes North of the Cancun Airport. She was able to secure us the best pricing options within our budget, and the process of booking was seamless and easy. She was able to send us tips and tricks to help us prepare for packing and even a handy guide for tipping at the resort. We had an amazing 6-night trip. Our Cali Trip!

We had a great time on our California trip! Everything went smoothly with the reservations for our rental car, hotel, and Disneyland tickets. It was such a relief to have the fun details of the trip taken care of, so we could focus on soaking up the lessons from our conference. Even outside of the bookings Sara made on our behalf, recommendations for restaurants — Great Maple was delicious; I'll be thinking about that meal for a long time! — trails, and other little excursions helped us narrow down our options, which made for an overall great and low-stress trip to places neither of us had been before.

Alaska Cruise!

We reached out to Sara over a year ago to get us a quote on an Alaska Cruise to celebrate our daughters HS graduation & our 25th wedding anniversary. She was AMAZING to answer our many questions along the way. From booking our pre cruise hotel to making sure we had a shuttle to the airport when we returned, she took care of every little detail in between.
Before the cruise we were having problems with the cruise app, so she called the cruise line and resolved our issues.
When you are planning a big trip like ours, it is nice to have someone to make sure all of the traveling details are taken care of. We HIGHLY recommend Sara and will definitely use her services again when we are ready to plan our next big adventure!

There are not enough words to properly articulate our 5?????????? experience with Sara!! This was also the first time in our lives we have ever used a travel agent, so now we are officially spoiled and never doing it again without her! What I love most about Sara is that listening to her clients’ individual needs matters more to her than “upselling” to increase her personal profits. We are a family of six, and I’m a teacher, so traveling on a budget and getting the most bang for our buck is imperative. Sara knew that this was a special celebration for us, as it was our twin boys’ graduation trip. She presented us with several different cruise packages and location options within our budget, and it was an added bonus that EVERYTHING (tips, gratuities, etc) was included. No hidden fees! Additionally, Sara provided the most incredible recommendation for us when we expressed interest in a snorkeling trip without all the hundreds of people from the cruise ship going on the same excursion! We had the best honeymoon thanks to Sara! We weren’t exactly sure where we wanted to go but of course had a few things that were important to us. Sara provided as many options as I asked for and tweaked the proposal a little bit each time to help us narrow it down or find more resorts/destinations that we were interested in.
Sara was also so sweet to answer my panic texts when I thought we were going to miss our flight! Our honeymoon was everything we could’ve imagine and more, can’t wait to book our next vacation!! ??

Sara planned our anniversary trip to Thailand which we trusted her with because she’s planned so many other amazing trips from Disney to Europe. The Best Vacation from Cooking !!

Sara was amazing! We were taking our first trip after diagnosis with several severe food allergies. We also were not familiar with "all things Disney". Sara was so patient answering questions. We had "no knowledge" since we had only visited Disney once before and that was 9 years ago! Sara helped research restaurants for us in order to make good choices. She got up early with me and secured the best dining reservations for our food limitations and also helped us send an email alerting the staff of our issues. She secured our resort by thinking of which parks we would be visiting and which transportation we would need. (She made sure we rode the Skyliner some.) She helped us plan our days in the parks with our dining. I cannot say enough good things about Sara! We are so thankful she helped us!! I could not have planned this trip without her! We had a wonderful, relaxing trip and ate wonderful food that was safe for us all! I didn't want to come home and cook again! LOL

Sara has gone above and beyond for us and two Disney trips! We planned one Disney trip for our daughter when she turned 3 and it was magical! Sara spent the time to book our dining and fast passes because I was working at the time we were available to book.
