April knew all the ins and outs about the cruise and the destinations. Had a great time and would definitely trust her with future plans!

My husband and I went on a "Comic Book" cruise where we only knew two in the group. We quickly got to know the others and still keep in touch. April made sure we all got together for dinner and other activities that helped us form these friendships. April kept us informed of what we needed to do and when we needed to do it in every phase of planning and during the trip. Her experience was of great value to us. April also helped me get a refund for a cancelled excursion. I would recommend her highly!

April Jolly managed to help bring a group of our online group together to travel together and all meet for the first time. The trip was incredible and we cruised as well as had on shore activities that were custom designed by April to be some of the most wonderful days I have ever spent with a group of people who are now like family. Every day had a special activity that she suggested and arranged. Every day was better even than the one before. We dined at a special table together every evening and had such a fun time at every port. We could never have even imagined this trip without her. She is now our Julie McCoy for ever!

We have booked all of your trips through April, and we already have more booked for future travel. Our last cruise was booked through her and it was the best trip of our lives

April Jolly from Dream Vacations has always been more than accommodating in all of our travel needs and destination honeymoons (son & DIL). We have been clients since 2008. My husband & I (and families when they join us) have always been very pleased with the services and deals she has provided to us. She and Betty, her MIL are just the best! Over the years she has become our friend and not just our travel agent.

Everyone loved the resort of course the beach is beautiful. We had a guided boat trip that everybody loved.

April was always available to answer questions and explain different options. She is wonderful.

April put together a wonderful trip. Everything was taken care of for us. From the air package, to all transfers, hotels, and personal guides tours, to the excursions such as the Colosseum, the leaning tower of Pisa, Venice, and Pompei, it was the best trip my wife and I ever took!!!

We have been working with Aprils for years. She is wonderful to work with. Whatever questions I have she is so quick to respond and find me the best rate/room available. She is very knowledgable in the travel industry (especially the cruise industry). She gives me useful information that I did not know to ask, and can always answer my specific questions. Many times I have called April to get a quote on a trip, only to not book it. It never phases her. She always replies quickly to my next call.

Took an Alaskan cruise followed by several days on land which was amazing!!! April was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable

We went on a three day bus tour that included a short train ride and then boarded our ship. This trip was fabulous!

We have been booking trips with April for more than 15 years now. Our most recent trip was a cruise to Alaska. It was easily one of the best trips we If I had to describe our experience working with April in one word, it would be stress-free! This was one of the best vacations we've ever taken, and a huge part of that was because of her. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and planned every detail perfectly—from our flights and hotels to transportation, excursions and even the ship amenities. Everything was so well organized that we never had to worry about a thing. This is exactly why we continue to book our trips with April. Every vacation she has planned for us has been seamless, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy making memories. I never hesitate to recommend her to friends and family who are planning a special trip because I know they'll be in great hands. We are looking forward to our next unforgettable adventure to Hawaii next year, which she has already booked for us!

From the air flight to Honolulu to getting on the ship, she gave us so many great tips of what we needed to do in Hawaii. It was an amazing trip even all the way back home so yes, I do recommend her now to everybody that I know that is going on any kind of trip. I think we are working on our 39th cruise with April and One all inclusive to Costa Rica so she’s the girl to go to.

12 night Spain, Monaco, Italy, Greek isles, Turkey is our favorite. We’ve been using April as our travel agent for over 20 years. April is excellent and has always taken care of us. We’re an older couple, and April attends to every detail.

From the start April helped make sure that everything was exactly as I wanted. She made recommendations on upgrading experiences and offered suggestions on excursions. The best thing was that she made sure the travel to and from the cruise was easy and convenient with additional services like shuttles and baggage services. It was truly relaxing to know that everything was taken care of before I even left my home airport.

April Jolly has booked two cruises for my daughter and me, and we had a fabulous time. The first cruise was a three-night trip from Port Canaveral to Bimini the weekend before Halloween in 2024. The trip we booked was as part of a travel group put together by the travel agency, and April traveled with the group to coordinate activities and assist with any minor issues that arose. The group cruise was a blast. We had a costume party, group dinners where everyone could get to know each other, and plenty of time to mix and mingle on our own. 11/10. Our second cruise was a five night sailing from New Orleans to Cozumel and Progreso. April found us a great balcony cabin, and she helped us choose excursions for our port days. We had a tequila tasting in Cozumel, and had so much fun with our excursion group. Unfortunately, our excursion for Progreso was canceled a few months before we set sail. Once April was notified that the excursion group had permanently discontinued the event we had originally planned, she ensured that our refund was processed and offered to help us find a replacement activity. My daughter and I ultimately decided to just spend some free time exploring close to port, and we still had fun on our free time. I will always turn to April for help booking future cruises. She has extensive knowledge of the various cruise lines, ships, ports, and activities. When you're spending a significant amount of money on a vacation, you want it to go as smoothly as possible. April does a fabulous job of making that happen.
