I'm a former school teacher and Information Systems Manager and Programmer. Most of all, I'm a mother of 6 and grandmother of 19, and I know how important your vacation is to you.

JP Travel was born early in 2000 when my husband and I realized that we knew a lot about travel and it was something that we did very well. Our desire to help others experience amazing vacations kept the business moving forward.

Throughout the past 20 years, we have enjoyed creating honeymoons and destination weddings for dozens of young couples. We've helped couples celebrate anniversaries and birthdays. We've created memories for grandparents and grandchildren with generational vacations.

We've taken groups to Vegas—and you might be surprised at how much there is to do there. We've sent groups of high school seniors with their parents on spring break holidays in Mexico. We've also accompanied these same types of groups on cruises in Mexico and the Caribbean.

Our most memorable vacation was to Tahiti to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We sailed on the Paul Gauguin, visiting Bora Bora, Moorea, Raiatea, and the Society Islands. After arriving at Rangaroa, we were informed that Cyclone Oli was headed toward us. We wouldn't be leaving for a while!

After 4 days in the atoll, we left Rangaroa and headed for Bora Bora where the cyclone had hit 2 days earlier. We bicycled around the island and visited with islanders who were busy cleaning up.
