I specialize in planning guided group travel experiences that make exploring the world effortless and enriching. With firsthand experience traveling on guided tours throughout Europe and North America, I understand the differences between tour companies, travel styles, group sizes, accommodations, included experiences, and overall value.
I work with a wide range of tour operators and use that knowledge to match each client with the itinerary and travel style that best fits their interests, expectations, and budget. Whether you’re looking for a culturally immersive European journey, an active adventure, or a more relaxed premium experience, I can help you find the right tour—and handle the details that turn a great itinerary into a seamless vacation. I’ve planned guided tours for clients around the world, giving me the experience to confidently recommend options based on firsthand knowledge and your individual travel goals.

Exceptional services provided. Chris Lay and his team went over and beyond what was expected in preparing us for our Rhine River Cruise. As a result, another river cruise, this one on the Danube River, has already been booked. Highly recommend for your next trip.

Family bucket list trip
Reviewed By RoadWarriors7 - LeRoy Illinois | Traveled to Italy | Europe
Chris did an excellent job providing options based on our input and preferences. He planned a custom itinerary with private or small group tours for our family of 4 with stops in Germany, Switzerland and Italy. He communicates well and all the travel documents and information were provided via email as well as easy to access in the mobile app. We can't wait to book our next adventure with Chrs
Chris Lay responded
"Thank you! Your vacation is still one of my favorites. I frequently think maybe I should take myself on that same itinerary. I'm so glad you and your family enjoyed it. It's always a real joy to help you with your vacations."

MSC Yacht Club was really special!
Chris Lay responded
"That's two MSC Yacht Club vacations for you. I'm glad you enjoy it. It's definitely a big step up from the standard rooms and areas of the ships and a nice way to get away from the crowds and enjoy a more elevated cruise experience."

Best trip ever!
Reviewed By Audrey - Anchorage to Fairbanks | Traveled to Alaska | USA
Chris planned a once in a lifetime adventure trip to Alaska. He listened to everything we wanted to do and went to work planning the best vacation I have ever been on. When one plan was cancelled due to weather he was immediately responding when I asked if we could rebook. Truly best experience I have ever had, I am so spoiled now I don’t think I could go anywhere without using his services!
Chris Lay responded
"I love that you had a great vacation in Alaska! And I was mesmerized by photos you shared. It immediately had me thinking about my next trip to The Last Frontier. Thank you for trusting me with you vacation experience. "
