This trip to Maui was long overdue. We had to postpone it due to the pandemic. Karina was very helpful in rescheduling it for us and kept us informed of the ever changing requirements for travel. From the get go Karina made this trip smooth sailing! Her expertise and attention to detail is always the best and whatever recommendation of where to stay, excursions, dining etc are top notch. In this time we have booked three cruises and a couple of resort stays with Karina and each were as simple as a couple of e-mail exchanges. We simply provide her our rough criteria and budget and she provides us with a number of options to pick from. All quotes have been comparable to the best prices we could find online and the one time we found a better deal she was able to work with the cruise line to get us the discounted price. Karina is very detail oriented and even after booking she helped by printing all boarding documents, providing a document organizer that could hold all of our passports and other documents, providing high quality luggage tags, and so on. Now my most difficult chores include, finding a couple of chairs on the Lido deck and keeping our cocktails refreshed. Karina has always had good suggestions and made our vacation planning almost effortless. Thank you Karina; you are the BEST!!!

I was just about to give up on travel agents altogether until I worked with Karina! We've had some pretty awful experiences in the past and I was hesitant to use a travel agent again. She came recommended to us by a co-worker who frequently books with her, so I decided to give it one more shot. I'm so glad I did!
From the very beginning, Karina was a pleasure to work with. She took notes of all of my concerns with past agents and the types of resorts we've liked and disliked. Ultimately we decided to stay at Dreams Las Mareas in Costa Rica. Karina has been there herself, and that is always something I appreciate- the actual person experience review! Everything was exactly as she described! The giant pools scattered throughout the Costa Rican jungle and the idyllic beach cove. Loved it!

She literally thought of everything to make planning the trip effortless on my part. While abroad, we decided to pivot and rearrange our flights mid-trip. Karina jumped to our aid during the holidays and first thing in the morning, going above and beyond the service we expected. We had a group of 15 U.S. youth billiard competitors and their families traveling to Shanghai, China for the world championships. Dealing with so many people and visas and schedule changes and preferences was quite a handful. We've used Karina's services on a couple of occasions. The first time was for a 3 week European tour for my family. She spent quite a bit of time going over details such as the type of accommodations that would suit my family, excursions, how to get around in each of the cities we were visiting, etc. The places that she wound up booking us to stay were remarkable. In Rome, we were right next to the Spanish Stairs with an amazing view of them right from our apartment. Our next trip was a 30 year anniversary vacation to Hawaii. Husband and teenage son and I wanted a tour of southern Italy.
