Amazing Service and Kindness to Customers

Marci has always gone out of her way to make the trips we book thru her memorable. We took a family retirement cruise ( 8 adults) and she had to rebook multiple excursions that the cruise line cancelled. She was able to get us a private tour and shuttle in Miami that was a 1000000 better than anything we booked with the cruise lines. She advocated for our family during the entire trip!!

Amazing service

We have not gone on our trip yet so part two of this review will be pending... experience so far working with Marcia has been amazing. She is very attentive to our requests and has been a very good communicator along the way. She has planned a cruise for us for Fall 2026. I highly recommend her services to everyone
