My wife and I have been on several trips through Joann. Things have always been top notch, and we've always been very happy with her service!

JoAnn is the ultimate professional. She made the planning of our trip so easy and was very knowledgeable of the various aspects.

This was our first cruise and we were clueless as to how to proceed with our plans. JoAnn was our life saver. From the first time we met with her until we sailed, she was our trip planner, advocate and mentor. From the time we arrived at MSP airport throughout our Vancouver arrival, transfers to the cruise line, boarding the ship, all on shore excursions and the final train ride into Anchorage and transfers back to the Anchorage airport and then home our trip was flawless. Because this was our first cruise we had numerous questions and concerns and JoAnn was extremely patient with us and basically explained how the entire process works and offered many options and suggestions. She was available to us whenever we needed to meet with her or contact her by phone. She kept us informed of any flight changes and time restrictions so we had ample time to make all of our connections. The call to wish us a good trip and the follow-up call when we returned were very special. Thank you

My sister and I traveled to Venice, Italy for a Greek Island Cruise in August, 2017. JoAnn made reservations for us with excellent results: transfer from airport to Venice hotel, hotel in Venice near ship port, and our Greek Island Cruise Ship. However, even more impressive was how JoAnn helped us in our time of need during a misadventure on our cruise, causing us to miss our ship. My sister tripped with a Coke bottle in her hand in a gift shop in Corfu, Greece and sustained a large laceration in her left palm. After an ambulance ride and stitches, they refused to release her because of her blood work. My sister has been fighting cancer for 10 years and has some chronic blood count issues. JoAnn was our shining star, navigating us through it all: making our plane reservations, giving me our travel insurance information, advising us in our challenging predicament. We were able to get back on the ship and enjoy the rest of our fabulous vacation. Thank you, JoAnn!

JoAnn was absolutely fantastic to work with. At first my wife and I wasn't sure exactly what we wanted to do with our vacation. We discussed a European Cruise, Austraila, Hawaii, and other options. After talking with JoAnn about what we were wanting to do, and the budget we had, she helped us pick out an absolutely amazing trip to Hawaii. We split time between Maui, and Oahu. JoAnn took all of our questions, and answered them very quickly. We knew we were in for a good trip, and a wonderful experience, but it exceeded our expectations far more than we could have imagined. Joann was the best agent we could have found! Before Joann, we had spoken to two other agents at two other agencies and still had no idea where we wanted to go for our honeymoon. Joann walked us step by step through the process and helped us narrow down our search. This was the first time travelling out of the country for both of us, so her expertise and suggestions were a great help to us! We ended up decicing on a Sandals resort in the Bahamas and couldn't have imagined a better trip within our budget! Thanks Joann for spending so much time helping us through our planning process!

Due to hazardous weather conditions when we were initially suppose to go to Fiji, we ended up needing to rebook our travel and stay. JoAnn was immediately available and helpful at providing new dates/flight information through the stressful situation.

JoAnn did a great job our hotel in New Orleans the Mason Dupuy was a great location to everything. Carnival cruise great she got our 2 cabins connecting which was nice.

My sister and I were in the middle of deciding when,where to take a cruise for my 60th bday. Met with JoAnn -she gave me info,brochures. We decided NCL for Greek cruise start in Venice. JoAnn answered all our questions thoughtfully. I especially liked if she did not know she was willing to pick up the phone and check.---we also changed type of room to balcony for one of us with her--no prob--my sister was only a few rooms away-this was late in game. JoAnn arranged van service to/from Venice. Loved the little hotel on canal in Venice she booked for us and yet a good price. We received all our documents etc needed. Did not have to wait for email responses,or to reach her.
--important in Corfu!!!! I tripped,fell on broken coke bottle with hand,needed stitches hospital.. We called her from Greece-she arranged plane reservations next day -- got to Santoriniand BACK ON BOAT AGAIN!! Recently visited her,asked her about remote beach in Greece--she said sure--I'll check on it. Going back.

We would not have been able to plan such a great vacation without the help of JoAnn. From start to finish she took care of everything we needed for the trip. If we had questions she would always get back to us the same day. JoAnn is a very experienced agent and we will definitely work with her again for future trips :)
