What a wonderful travel agency! Tiel has planned all of our vacations and we couldn’t be happier! She finds vacations based on our budget and where we would like to go. Tiel was amazing at helping us plan our Disney Cruise! She gave us some good pointers since it was our first cruise. We were especially glad that we booked our shore excursion through her because we were able to get private transportation to our day at the beach instead of waiting in line and riding on a bus with a large group from the cruise. Tiel was suggested to me from a friend and I am so glad I reached out to her! My husband and I don't really vacation often so when it came to all the details, I knew nothing. Tiel is a mastermind Travel agent. After working with us on several different possibilities, Dream Vacations set us up on a Rome and Greece trip that we'll remember forever. I don't imagine that we were an easy customer. We regularly changed our minds, our destinations, our goals and even our dates, right up until booking. Tiel was a real life saver for me setting up a special one month European Vacation to England, France, and Italy. She quickly responded to all of the changes we requested and there were a lot of changes, like the number of days we would spend in different cities and the days for tours. Best and easiest travel agency I have ever dealt with to date. The prices were very reasonable for 4 adults and 1 kid to go on a 7 day cruise and the process was extremely easy. I told Tiel what I wanted and what I had to work with and she came back with a great deal and crazy low deposit. I had to extend my final due date and she worked all those details out for me. Our cruise was beautiful, our cabin was perfect with a wonderful ocean view. This was my first cruise and she walked me through everything and was willing to answer any and all small questions I had (no matter how small or indecisive). I would HIGHLY recommend her to book your travels with...when she says she will be there from beginning to end she means it.
