Nancy did an outstanding job planning our Amtrak Vacations “America’s National Parks” trip. From the very beginning, she was organized, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of our questions. Every detail of the trip was thoughtfully arranged, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the experience. The itinerary was wonderful, combining the adventure of train travel with breathtaking visits to America’s beautiful national parks. Connections, accommodations, and excursions all went smoothly, and it was clear that Nancy put a great deal of care into making sure everything was seamless. What impressed us most was Nancy’s personal attention and communication throughout the planning process. She made us feel confident and well-prepared every step of the way. Christmas Markets River Cruise

Nancy hosted a Viking River Cruise along the Danube to experience the Christmas Markets. Nancy made sure from the time of booking until we boarded in Budapest that all our questions were answered in a timely manner. This was a fabulous experience and to have Nancy with us checking to make sure all our needs were met was truly exceptional. As a result of Nancy’s service and professionalism, we have three additional river cruises booked.

Nancy was instrumental in helping set up this entire trip. We provided her with a list of places we wanted to visit and she took care of the rest. She booked our flights, accommodations - every hotel was outstanding and located within walking distance of the main attractions in each city, booked our rental car and arranged limo to and from the airport. Her outstanding help in setting up this trip for us took away all of the frustration of doing it ourselves.
