I’m Shanna Fowler, Certified Destination Wedding Planner, Travel Advisor, and co-owner of WorldWide Travel Team, the agency behind WorldWide Destination Weddings.

 I specialize in international destination weddings, all-inclusive wedding groups, honeymoons, destination wedding room blocks, and guest travel logistics. But what I actually do is help couples stop researching and start planning — with clarity, confidence, and someone who already knows where the potholes are.

I've traveled to 100+ countries and toured 300+ resorts. So when I help couples choose a destination wedding resort, I'm not looking at pretty pictures online. I'm looking at the full picture: the wedding venues, the room block contract, the guest experience, the resort communication, the private event options, the attrition dates, and the details couples don't even know to ask about yet. A resort can be gorgeous and still be a wrong fit for a destination wedding. My job is to know the difference before you sign anything.

Destination weddings are beautiful. They are also very different from planning a local wedding. Most couples are doing this for the first time. They don't know what they don't know. And when you don't know what you don't know, it's easy to make expensive or stressful mistakes without realizing it until much later.

That's where I come in — but not just to hold your hand. I'm here to tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. That means I'll be honest about resort communication, room block deadlines, attrition dates, wedding package costs, private event fees, outside vendor rules, and the real-life details that can make or break the experience.

 My goal is to get you off the Internet and onto a clear, organized path from the beginning. I help you choose the right destination, select the best resort for your wedding vision, understand your room block contract, protect yourself from costly group block mistakes, and make sure your guests have the information they need — so you are not the full-time help desk for your own wedding.

Because being clear is kind. Clear expectations make the entire destination wedding experience smoother. Guests need to know how to book, when to book, what deadlines matter, what travel documents they need, how airport transfers work, and who to contact when they have questions. When that information isn't clear, the stress lands on the couple. My job is to keep that weight off your shoulders.

I believe couples deserve more than a booking link. They deserve guidance, systems, honesty, and someone who knows when something is normal and when something is a red flag.
