I believe great travel advising goes far beyond booking a vacation. My goal is to provide a truly comprehensive experience, from planning the perfect itinerary to advocating for my clients when the unexpected happens. Once I take on a client's trip, I stay committed until they return home.I have been described as "a dog with a bone" when it comes to solving problems.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, a client called me at 3:00 a.m. after becoming stranded in Hawaii. Their cruise ship had limped into port on a single engine, but passengers were not allowed to disembark without confirmed flights home. After countless phone calls and persistent follow-up, I was able to secure their flights, allowing them to finally begin their journey home.

On another occasion, a client was denied a refund for a shore excursion she couldn't attend because severe weather prevented passengers from leaving the ship. I advocated on her behalf and successfully obtained a full refund.

Every client has unique needs, and I take the time to understand them. I once worked with a family traveling on a budget who had a child with special needs. Together, we selected the ideal stateroom and mobility-friendly excursions so they could enjoy their vacation with confidence and comfort.Nothing is more rewarding than hearing from satisfied clients:"Robert was a pleasure to work with. He addressed every concern we had and found us a great deal on our trip. I would definitely recommend working with Robert."

When clients call me with a question or an unexpected challenge, I think back to the family vacations my wife and I took with our own children. I know how much time, anticipation, and emotion go into every trip. That's why I put myself in my clients' shoes and work tirelessly to create a seamless, stress-free vacation that becomes a cherished memory for years to come.
