Leilani is fantastic to work with. She is very attentive. She works with you before, during and after your trip. I was on my cruise and the cruise line had given me the wrong packet. I text Leilani and she had the issue fixed immediately . Prior to my trip, she also told me about Trip Insurance. I didn't know that if you travel outside of the US that your Healthcare plan doesn't cover you. I am so glad that she explained that to me and I did purchase it. Guess what?
