I had a wonderful trip to the UK. I worked with Yvette, and she got me setup on tour to the UK and helped me to get a couple of extra days in London. Everything was easy, and coordinated. Yvette kept me updated on tour status, and I have already had her book me on my next trip!

My sister and I sincerely appreciate you for selecting the Outrigger Kaanapali Beach Resort for our place to stay while in Maui.
Staying at this resort made our mother's 88th birthday celebration absolutely wonderful! My mother enjoyed staying at this resort.
The restaurants on the property made it very convenient for us to have breakfast and dinner.
Being able to catch the trolley ?? right outside the resort made it easy for us to travel to other shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

The Best Birthday Trip

I decided to go to Hawaii for my 65th birthday and invited friends along! One of those friends recommended Yvette Shoemaker to make our arrangements. Best decision and recommendation ever! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about travel options including hotels and the destination. One of the friends had to drop out and she had to make some adjustments, but everything went smoothly from the air travel to and from and (!) from island to island as well as every single one of the hotels/resorts reserved. We stayed at/near the beach for each hotel. We had no issues with any of the hotels. And because we had no issues with air travel or the hotels we were able to enjoy everything about the trip! It was wonderful and memorable and we can't wait to go back! See you then Yvette!

Yvette did an excellent job planning the Hawaii Girl friend trip!! We enjoyed Honolulu, Maui and Kona. My favorite island is Honolulu which I have frequent before. The resorts were nice as my favorite resort was Hilton Hawaii Village Waikiki Beach Resort in Honolulu. The Outrigger Kaanapali did not really have the resort feeling for me, but it was still nice. Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha met my expectations as well. Yvette Shoemaker did an excellent job coordinating the hotel stays and the inter island flights! Thanks Yvette for a job well done!!

I had an amazing time in France!

Sweet Exits Travel helped me create a trip to France. I let them know that I was interested in seeing Paris and other parts of France. That's all I knew. Yvette asked some questions about things I liked and created an itinerary that involved several museums, food tours, wine tasting, popular tourist sites. We worked together to fine tune the itinerary, and I went on my trip. I received a packet with all included hotels, tours, trains and was able to see so much with plenty of time to do my own things. I had a great time. Things were as advertised, and I appreciated that she was able to create a wonderful trip. There was a mixup with tour, and I contacted her immediately, and she worked real time to address it. I made it to the right place and had a lovely day. Definitely will be using Sweet Exits Travel for future trips! No extra fees, and tons of support to create my trip that was tailored for me.

Amazing honeymoon!

Let me start by saying I’m not someone that prefers using a travel agent. I guess I was just content using online searches. Well, for our honeymoon, we decided to use a travel agent and that’s when we got connected with Yvette. I’m so glad we did because we ended up having a heck of a time at our jobs and had to postpone 3 times ,including changing our trip from international to domestic. She worked with us through this roller coaster and was so patient and professional helping us through our chaos. She helped us find a wonderful resort with our budget and we had the time of our life! We had a slight miscommunication on a feature with our package (let me add that was NOT Yvette’s mistake) and she got on it right away and helped us continue our low stress vacation! We will absolutely work with her for our international trip and she definitely changed how I felt about working with a travel agent! Go with Yvette, you will be glad you did!

First Time Cruisers

We just returned from our first 4 night cruise with Virgin Voyages. We are very happy with the experience we had. Yvette helped us choose a destination as first time cruisers just to dip our toes in the water and see if this is something we could actually enjoy.
Happy to say we plan on booking future cruises with Yvette! My first interaction with Yvette was to set up a phone meeting where she got to know us , pick our brains about what we were Interested in and sent us quotes. Right before leaving I requested another
meeting to go over the details and Yvette was available to guide us through the process and smooth out our first time jitters. Once we got to the port it was an extremely easy process and we were able to enjoy our vacation.

Yvette was a pure saint in helping me find a place for my mom to stay while visiting Phoenix for a week. She was referred to us by friends and my husband was a little wary about using a travel agent for such a small thing. Yvette answered my million questions promptly and was so patient, so kind, and more than accommodating when I’m sure I was more than a little difficult.
I must have strung her along for a couple of months for what I’m sure was very little profit for her, if any, and she still showed up and provided the best travel agency service possible. The resort she found for my mom to stay was gorgeous and the price was completely unbeatable. Thank you so much, Yvette!

Traveling during the COVID-19 craziness seemed impossible. Countries, including island nations, had their borders closed and it seemed our year long wait for our first big trip in 5 years may be canceled. Yvette shocked us in finding a location that was just as beautiful and relaxing as our original destination. Better yet, the island was open to tourism is reasonable safety requirements. We enjoyed every minute of our long overdue trip. 5 stars totally earned!
