Very thorough. Our trip was seamless! We added 2 days in Vancouver prior to our cruise. Laurie orchestrated a terrific day trip to Victoria. In addition, our hotel was exemplary! We added extra time in Anchorage prior to flying home- Laurie again organized a great hotel and rental car. She willingly helped with solidifying day trips throughout our cruise and land tour. We didn't have to worry about a thing! We will definitely will use Laurie and Travel Leaders to plan our 50th wedding anniversary trip in 2020 to Europe!

Laurie was amazing to work with! We wanted a Christmas trip in the Caribbean but were nervous about where to go because of all of the "bad things" you tend to hear about the different spots. We went back and forth and had a hard time deciding. Laurie was extremely patient with us throughout the process and never got frustrated (at least we couldn't tell!). She was very knowledgeable about any of the destinations we inquired about and finally landed on a trip we want to find a way to go back to again! When we finally decided on our destination the resort was getting booked up. Laurie worked overtime for us and persisted until we secured a room. We had never worked with a travel agent before but would highly recommend doing so if you are unsure of how to book a trip on your own. She made it so easy for us and it was well worth it! We would highly recommend Laurie to anyone looking to have a travel agent help them plan their trip!

Laurie was VERY knowledgeable about our Disney World trip. Our first meeting with her we were clueless but laid out what we wanted and she did the work with finding us a great resort and setting up transportation. She explained the park options and explained the dining plans so we could pick what best fit our needs/wants. Also gave us alot of suggestions and explained fast passes and dinner reservations. Something we knew nothing about. We took it upon ourselves to book fast passes and then I had asked Laurie to look them over and she gave suggestions on that. We met with her a couple of times to ease our worries and took it step by step with the planning. We had 10 people on the trip 4 flying from a different state and that was no hassle at all. She was quick to respond to emails. Overall very pleased with the service and knowledge we recieved. I plan to head to Disney World again with my family of four, and I would definitely use Laurie again to do the arrangements.

I like to be in control when vacation planning. Working with Laurie was a joy as she was willing to let me plan some things on my own and supported me where I wanted help. She originally recommended the Disney Dining plan which in all the other times we went but we always choose to do it. We love trying out the many new restaurant options that we can try and there are some that are beyond describing, Le Cellier in Canada and Les Chefs de France and so many others. One thing I would highly recommend to consider. Laurie is an amazing travel agent, she helps me catch things when planning that I may have overlooked. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the different experiences available, in the parks, at the resorts, shopping, dining. She goes over what your interests are, how you might want your trip structured, like first time Disney guest (my granddaughter, the first time), planned many things to make her comfortable with the parks. All the rest of us are very experienced Disney guests and will continue to be.

We have extensively traveled by air or cruise to countless countries over a 50 year period. I’m a retired Air Force General and my wife is a retired 35 year flight attendant, so we are experienced. This is the first time to use a travel agent and we are pleased and impressed with the ease of using Laurie to make all the Disney arrangements. Even though we have been there several times in the past, this one was, by far the easiest. Thanks to Laurie for personal interest and attention to all the little details.

We traveled to Disney World. Our last Disney trip was around twenty-five years ago. So much has changed in those years! Laurie's attention to detail and suggestions in planning our experience were incomparable. She made sure that we had all the "fast passes" and meal reservations that fit our style. Laurie is a true Disney expert! Her expertise made our trip seamless and hassle-free. We only met in person once, but Laurie was always very reactive to any changes or questions that we had via email.

Laurie is wonderful to work with! She has planned 2 Disney trips for our family and we had an amazing time on both vacations. Sure, I could plan a vacation on my own, but using a travel agent takes out all the guess work. She gave us great suggestions and recommendations. We stayed at places and ate at restaurants (that were awesome) that we may not have tried otherwise. She is also quick to respond to questions and has been accessible even after the trip! On our first trip 3 years ago, we spent a week at Disney, and then 4 days down in the Clearwater area. She was able to personalize our entire vacation. Very knowledgeable and put our anxiety to rest by helping us plan our trip. We didn't have to worry about making reservations or fast passes, Laurie took care of it all. I thought the surveys about what we would prefer to do on vacation was also helpful.

We are Disneyland Magic Key Holders and have been going to Disneyland all our lives, so people would think, you don’t need a travel agent do you? To that we would say, actually, we certainly do! We always book our Disneyland Resort Hotel stays through Laurie. She listens to what we are looking for in a resort stay and always books us the perfect room for a magical local vacation. We also listen to her recommendations as her insights and information are valuable to us, even as locals who visit the parks often. Her perspective has introduced us to experiences we never considered as locals, and thanks to Laurie, we have had some amazing stays at the Disneyland Resort. Disneyland may seem easier to navigate as it isn’t as vast as Walt Disney World in Orlando, but having an experienced travel agent share insights and recommendations can make your trip easier, less chaotic, and far more enjoyable. We have certainly found that to be true, and couldn’t recommend Laurie highly enough.

We had a Christmas trip to WDW planned, but at the last minute we had to postpone/cancel due to a family emergency. Laurie had handled all the planning for us, and also handled the cancellation during an incredibly difficult time in our lives. So when we were ready to try again the next year, of course we turned to Laurie again. She helped us book everything from resorts and park tickets/reservations, to behind the scenes tours and the Christmas party. Laurie knows all the ins and outs of Walt Disney World trips and helped us plan an incredible trip. One we had dreamed about for years. Laurie’s Disney concierge service is amazing! My dream trip to take my whole family on a big trip. My 2 daughters, their husbands and 4 grandkids, along with my sister as my roommate. We chose a Disney cruise on the Wish. Spent 2 nights in a 4 bedroom villa in Cape Canaveral before and it was great. We were able to do some water park stuff at the hotel, go to the beach, go to Kennedy Space Center, and watch a rocket launch. The trip was awesome and everyone enjoyed it. Laurie was very helpful in getting us great rooms on the ship and finding us the very nice villa.

Laurie put together just the best trip, from the first step right down to the details. She gave us a selection of choices and made it easy to pick which was best for us. Kindly and quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely have Laurie help us with our next trip!

We had a wonderful Avalon cruise that was interrupted at the beginning by the July 18th airline shutdown. Laurie went above and beyond, on her day off, to help us reach our port on time.

Laurie worked with us starting in 2019 for our Adventures by Disney trip to London/Paris/DIsneyland Paris that we finally got to take in 2022 due to cancellations from COVID.
