We recently returned from the 10-year anniversary trip of a lifetime to London, Oxford, and Edinburgh, and it's all thanks to our incredible travel agent, JD! As huge Harry Potter fans, we told JD our dream was to incorporate as much of the wizarding world as possible, and he exceeded every expectation. He didn't just book a few sights; he crafted a genuine magical journey. Our itinerary included fantastic Harry Potter-themed tours in each city and, the highlight, a visit to the studio used to film the movies. He made sure every fan moment was covered! Beyond the HP theme, JD's planning was impeccable. The accommodations he selected in all three cities were excellent—perfectly situated and very comfortable. Plus, having a complete, detailed itinerary made the entire trip stress-free and enjoyable. Our trip was fabulous! The most relaxing we ever had. All the details were handled by JD and he made sure to take inventory of our likes and dislikes to make our days absolutely delightful.

It was amazing! Great follow ups and truly wanted us to have a great time. The follow up was great, most travel agents you never hear from them once the sale is made, JD had great follow up before, during and after the trip. He truly wanted us to enjoy the trip. When I reached out and was feeling concerned about the hurricane, he quickly sent us indoor recommendations to ensure that we are able to make the best of our trip. I will be using him again!

JD made planning our first trip to Disney World super easy and stress free! He guided us through the entire process and explained everything each step of the way. He provided us with lots of good information about the parks, tips, and reservations for dinner at each park! All we had to worry about was having fun! I really appreciated that he made him self available via email or phone and would provide updates or additional reminders up until the day of our trip. If at any point he was not available, there was always a second contact person I could speak to if I had any questions. I would definitely reach out again for any future getaways!
