From the very beginning, Ellen was absolutely incredible to work with. Planning a trip while being gluten free can be overwhelming, but she took all the stress out of the process. In the early stages, she listened closely to what I was looking for and helped shape an itinerary that was not only fun and memorable but also completely safe for my dietary needs. She was knowledgeable about gluten-free travel, provided reassurance when I had questions, and gave me confidence that I’d be taken care of every step of the way.
Once the trip began, everything she arranged fell into place seamlessly. Dining was easy, excursions were smooth, and I never felt like I had to compromise or miss out because of being gluten free. Ellen’s planning meant that I could relax and enjoy myself without constantly worrying about food options or cross-contamination.
Her attention to detail, warm communication style, and genuine care made the entire experience outstanding. Ellen truly went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend her enough—especially for anyone who needs gluten-free travel support. She’s awesome at what she does!

Bahamas Cruise 2025

We started our journey with Ellen the year prior and she was great from the start. Really put our mind at ease that the options and advice she provided would allow us to enjoy our vacation without our daughter becoming ill due to her Celiacs.
When I discovered I had covid two days before leaving, Ellen helped us through the process of cancelling and then booking for this year.
She is very responsive and collaborative. A real pleasure to work with. We returned from our cruise with great memories and zero negative ones. We highly recommend Ellen.

An amazing vacation!

So thankful to have worked with Ellen, who made planning and booking a vacation incredibly easy. The research and planning is a lot of work and it was preventing our family from taking a vacation. Ellen did all of the research based on our needs, made personal recommendations and kept me on track for booking and scheduling along the way. Never pushy - always helpful, considerate and thorough. Just before our trip she went through all of the details with me, including things like what I could expect the transportation company rep to be wearing so I could easily recognize them, and tips for things I might want to pack that I had never considered. So many details that put my mind at ease and make a huge difference when traveling. She also provided a packet of information regarding our resort that I referred to countless times - details on excursions, tipping, restaurant insights.

Ellen help me find a beautiful all inclusive resort that was very accommodating at providing safe gluten free food for me. Not only was the resort stunning and well appointed, I also did not have to worry at all about my food. So glad I found Ellen and Gluten Free Vacations!
