Kelly helped us set up the details and hotel reservations in the downtown of each capitol city. We were able to walk all over the city leaving the car parked at each hotel. She also helped us with our car rental which worked out well picking it up close to our first hotel and dropping it off at the airport. Kelly has always been a good travel agent, helping to make sure we have a wonderful time on our vacations.

Food was average at best. We ate at the buffet most nights. Pretty much the same stuff with a few things changing here and there. We ate at the Italian restaurant one night. Not good at all. As for the rooms. Resort is dated and in need of renovation. Broken hanger rod, AC not working in room, mini fridge not cold. Although they did address the issues, we feel like these are basic things that shouldn't have been there in the first place. Staff. Can't say enough good things about everyone. Very friendly and eager to say good morning! Lifeguards would reserve chairs all week for a very minimal tip. Very pushy vendors but it is Jamaica! I do not feel we would go back to this resort. Will miss some of the staff that were so nice! Would consider air transportation from airport to Negril as the huge bus made it a long trip!
