Waterfalls Galore Helicopter Ride!

Our agent, CJ, was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. We picked the resort we wanted to stay at based on a friend's review. We were not as happy with this resort as we had hoped for. Lack of entertainment at the resort, no TV's in the rooms, and only one restaurant on the grounds.

Seamless Alaska adventure

Our trip to Alaska was absolutely seamless. We moved from one venue to another without a hitch. It was so well put together that once we put luggage on a train and end up at our hotel room, even though we had other tours between getting off the train and arriving at our hotels, even the taxi cab was such that I had to do was give them an account number and it was paid for included.

Amazing Trip to Italy!

CJ was an incredible help in planning our complicated travel! We are a family of 5 adults, who met in Florence for various parts of trip. We departed (and returned ) on different dates /times /cities due to work schedules. CJ navigated it all flawlessly! He thought of things I hadn't considered. The airline shortened a layover in Amsterdam and he offered suggestions for making that critical, short connection. I made it. I asked him to book additional night at a hotel (long after booking the hotel with our original package) and he completed that with ease -without hesitation. CJ contacted me after we returned to learn how details of our travel had worked out-he truly cares! His communication is excellent throughout the process. CJ is an exceptional travel agent, for never having met him, he was very warm and personable. He tried very hard to meet our travel wishes. CJ kept close track of us, even on the day of departure due to a hurricane threat that would have canceled our flight. Cultural Visit to Oaxaca Mexico

I stopped at Higgins Travel without an appointment and CJ Larson was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He may have even missed lunch! I needed flights to Oaxaca, Mexico and from Puerto Escondido, Mexico for three people, out of two different airports. I had tried to look online at various options and became totally confused. CJ was able to simplify the process and found us flights with short layovers but enough time to clear customs before connecting to the next flight. We were so grateful that he was able to do this on short notice. CJ is completely approachable yet professional and knowledgeable. He even followed up with us after we returned and asked us how our trip went. We give CJ our highest recommendation and look forward to seeing him again.

An escape to paradise.
