We got engaged in December of 2024 and found Shoreline Destinations very close to Christmas. Even around the holidays, Andrea was amazing and very responsive. She listened to our wants and needs and helped us narrow down resorts. She was able to explain all the wedding benefits, room block details, and get resort availability very quickly. She was also able to set up an onsite visit before our wedding which was super helpful in the planning process. To our surprise, she even had a welcome card and gift waiting for us in our room when we arrived. Andrea truly took so much off our plate, and we could not be more grateful.

Once again, Shoreline Destinations has assisted in planning an unforgettable trip for our employees. Five years ago, we took the company to Aruba, which necessitated rescheduling on several occasions due to the pandemic. Shoreline provided support throughout the rescheduling and testing processes, ensuring a smooth transition. This time, we traveled to the highly recommended Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms, restaurants, staff, and facilities were of the highest quality. Within the first day of our arrival, an employee expressed that they did not believe our Aruba trip could be surpassed, and they were pleased to report that it had been. One couple had never participated in a trip of this nature and was pleased they extended their vacation. Another individual considered altering their pre-booked future vacation to this resort. This is a testament to the experience. They meticulously planned, coordinated, and kept us on schedule, ensured everyone had the necessary documentation, and relieved us of all planning-related stress. We are deeply grateful for their efforts in bringing our team together, fostering camaraderie, and providing relaxation. We will certainly continue to utilize Shoreline Destinations! We had our wedding in Guanacaste, Costa Rica and it was absolutely incredible! Andrea and team were so helpful in helping us find a venue, booking said venue (along with guest accommodations), and getting transfers organized!

The arrangements made by Andrea were great.... from Airlines tickets, making payments, transportation on the distant end to and from the resort!!

Andrea and her team made my wedding planning incredibly seamless! From my first meeting with Andrea she was on top of everything. Even the demanding schedule of her job and traveling she was always super responsive and always in our corner. She would make sure the resort responded in a timely fashion and in the most simple way to put it, got it done! I couldn’t imagine not having her and her team throughout this wedding process. My stress level was basically non existent knowing I had her help. I HIGHLY recommend!
