We got engaged in December of 2024 and found Shoreline Destinations very close to Christmas. Even around the holidays, Andrea was amazing and very responsive. She listened to our wants and needs and helped us narrow down resorts. She was able to explain all the wedding benefits, room block details, and get resort availability very quickly. She was also able to set up an onsite visit before our wedding which was super helpful in the planning process. To our surprise, she even had a welcome card and gift waiting for us in our room when we arrived. Andrea truly took so much off our plate, and we could not be more grateful.

Once again, Shoreline Destinations has assisted in planning an unforgettable trip for our employees. Five years ago, we took the company to Aruba, which necessitated rescheduling on several occasions due to the pandemic. Shoreline provided support throughout the rescheduling and testing processes, ensuring a smooth transition. This time, we traveled to the highly recommended Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms, restaurants, staff, and facilities were of the highest quality. Within the first day of our arrival, an employee expressed that they did not believe our Aruba trip could be surpassed, and they were pleased to report that it had been. One couple had never participated in a trip of this nature and was pleased they extended their vacation. Another individual considered altering their pre-booked future vacation to this resort. This is a testament to the experience. We had our wedding in Guanacaste, Costa Rica and it was absolutely incredible! Andrea and team were so helpful in helping us find a venue, booking said venue (along with guest accommodations), and getting transfers organized!

I traveled to Turks and Caicos to attend my cousin‘s wedding. The Beaches resort was amazingly beautiful! The wedding venue was gorgeous with the ocean backdrop! I hope to be able to visit once again for a longer stay.

It was fun and all inclusive. The resort had some many perks. A large number of dining options and outdoor amenities.

I loved working with Shoreline from my first meeting with Andrea to my final few, urgent requests to Meredith for my guests. Their full team is was so sweet and patient for all of my questions and sometimes delayed responses. They make the process of selecting a resort, meeting the onsite coordinators, planning with the vendors, guests room blocks, website, and transportation setup seamless. I'm in my 60s and generally have not taken vacations to resorts, preferring to stay in a city or area with a lot going on. This wedding trip to Cabo was a lot of fun and it was great to be in a self-contained place with everyone attending. The hotel was very nice, the pools were great, and the food was really terrific. I don't drink, so didn't take advantage of the open bars but many others did! :)

Although we were only there a short time for a wedding, everything was absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing time. Andrea made the trip seamless and there were absolutely no hiccups during the entire process. I would highly recommend using her to friends and family.

Every step of the trip went smoothly. Upon arriving at the airport in Punta Cana, I was able to connect with a Renny Travel representative and was provided transportation with no issues. Check in at the resort also went without a problem. During my stay, every interaction with resort staff was a pleasant experience. I would like to highlight the fact that my Butler, Larisa Rodriguez was extremely helpful. She was readily available when I needed assistance and pleasantly answered any question I had and assisted me in getting to where I wanted to go in the resort. My room was more than satisfactory, with a beautiful view of the beach and water from my balcony. Checkout went very smooth, including assistance with my luggage. And again, Renny Travel was ready for me and provided a pleasant trip back to the airport.

We went to Secrets Playa Blanca for a wedding! Everything was fabulous! Andrea was very efficient and paid close attention to all the details and promptly answered our questions ! Would definitely use Shoreline and Andrea again!

Let me start by saying my husband and I wanted an easier and stress-free wedding planning process. We stumbled upon Shoreline through a google search and are SO grateful that we did because our goals were accomplished. Andrea initially helped us solidify our venue through her experience at the resort and previous clients. Then Ellen took care of our entire wedding website with such amazing details! Meredith, the MVP, helped with our entire room block at the hotel, assisting our guests with booking their rooms and travel. I don't know what made me schedule a consultation (it was the desperation, I was lost and desperate :) ) but I'm so glad I did. I sent Andrea an email immediately following our initial call and said "You made us feel like this wedding could actually get done and I can't explain how much of an accomplishment that is already". Andrea was an incredible resource and communicator between us and the resort so that there was no miscommunication and that our contracts for the wedding event itself and our room block at the resort was correct and in our best interest. We have zero regrets about working with Andrea. She made us feel special during this exciting time of our lives from the second we started working with her up through when we got home from our trips!

Andrea and her team were incredible to work with leading up to our wedding in Mexico. She helped us not only find the perfect resort for us, but also helped when the wedding team at the resort was not communicating with us very well. She stepped in and reached out to them several times and they got back to us right away each time she reached out. She made the selection process much less overwhelming than it seemed at first by answering all of our questions and walking us through the process from the very beginning. I also have to give Meredith a huge shout out for arranging all of the travel details for us and our group! We had around 80 guests and a lot of them were not experienced travelers. Meredith made the process so easy for them and quickly responded to countless questions from us and many of our guests. The whole team helped make the trip and wedding go so smoothly and it truly helped ease a lot of the stress that comes with planning a wedding and a trip of this size!
