Wow, what an incredible experience. I always imagined the trip would be great, but I have no words, truly a life changing moment. Gilbert was the best ever, he arranged everything for use, asking questions what we like, providing helpful advice and just a very effortless for us. This was a 13 day adventure and he took care of every single detail. Such a relief that I didn’t have to stress and worry. Review of Elemental Travel
We recently returned from a week-long cruise through the Greek Isles on Virgin Voyages Resilient Lady. Many months in advance, we worked with Gilbert Green to create the perfect adventure for us. Gilbert was easily contacted and worked to find the cabin best suited for us. He spent numerous hours answering all our questions and reviewing the travel planning process. He procured our hotel in Athens based on our flight information. Gilbert continued to inform us via email as our date of departure approached, including our flight itinerary.
Even before we boarded, Gilbert arranged dining reservations at all the award-winning restaurants. Once on board he directed us to the many activities and events. While on board, Gilbert kept us informed by way of a group chat on WhatsApp.
This trip more than lived up to our expectations! We feel confident in recommending Gilbert Green, CTC, and Elemental Travel for any and all travel arrangements for friends and family. As we disembarked the ship on the last day of the cruise, we felt confident that any future travel plans will be made through Gilbert Green, CTC, and Elemental Travel. On a scale of 1 to 5, we would rate our experience a 10!

I recently enjoyed a level of service I did not expect or thought still existed, especially when it came to travel agents.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Gilbert, a Certified Travel Counselor at Elemental Travel, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Gilbert was attentive and patient when answering our questions. Even though I had a thousand questions, Gilbert was incredibly patient and always provided thoughtful, detailed information when we spoke on the phone, during our conference video calls, or in email. I have to mention, his calm, rich, mellow voice when describing the cruise ships and itineraries made it feel like I was already on the cruise enjoying myself.
When it came to trip planning, I tried reseaching for a different cruise, something with more inclusions. I wanted to experience my first “premium” or luxury cruise. I was not prepared for all of the overwhelming options and different rates when searching for a cruise.
