Although I have never met Susie in person (because she lives in Texas), I certainly have talked to her plenty of times, and I feel like I know her. She is a friend of my sister's friend, and she is an amazing travel pro. With Susie's help, my sister and I made arrangements for 31 people from 10 states to celebrate our mom's 100th birthday on a cruise. There were umpteen factors involved -- who lives where, who is paying for what, who is rooming with whom, what kind of room, who is going early and staying where, etc., etc. Susie kept it all straight -- massive kudo! She was very knowledge about what was available and arranged for us to be close together on the ship. I had a small complaint in that my daughter found a $200 credit on the website that we were eligible for and that Susie had not told us about. I think it had to do with a best price guarantee, and the prices had gone down. Anyway, as soon as we pointed this out, Susie jumped on it and spent a great deal of time giving credit where credit was due. And she did it cheerfully and apologetically for not catching it first. Susie is great, a true professaional, and I highly recommend her services.
