Lauren has helped me plan several family vacations to Disney World. She is always timely in her responses to any questions I may have, even during non typical business hours. She also has suggested additional activities or meals to what I planned to enhance our trip. If not for Lauren, my son would not have had his first haircut in Magic Kingdom! At first I was hesitant to use a travel planner because I am type A and need to control everything. However, I am still able to book the meals and fast passes for our Disney trips because that's what I like to do.... and Lauren takes care of the rest! Lauren checks on us the week before each vacation and during the vacations. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and caring travel planner. Lauren takes the stress of vacation planning.

Lauren goes above and beyond to find the best deals for my family when we travel. It takes the pressure and time off me searching for hours online.

We've worked with Lauren for booking cruises and Disney trips. She makes everything so easy! Lauren knows the ins and outs of Disney, always knowing the answers to my questions. We will always book all future travel with Lauren!

Lauren has booked two different Disney World family vacations for us and both times did a FANTASTIC job.

I can say that I do not and will not take a trip to Walt Disney World without arranging it with Lauren. From the first trip that my wife and I took with our twins, she has been on top of every detail. She has made sure that all arrangements are triple checked before our arrival and follows up with us during our trip to ensure everything is exceeding our expectations. Believe me when I tell you once you have had Lauren plan one of your trips, you won't go back to any other travel arrangements!
